I have practised yoga for over 27 years and I firmly believe that Yoga is for Everyone; whatever age, level of fitness or flexibility.
Men, women, beginners or experienced – all can benefit from the focus, posture, flexibility, strength, calm & relaxation that Yoga will bring.
I will be teaching a general Hatha class incorporating the flowing routines of Sivanada yoga with the precision and accuracy of Iyengar – so I can correct and modify postures to suit the participant’s ability and experience. Classes will also incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga has become a way of life for me, a huge uplift to mind and body, and I am so engaged and motivated in the process of passing on this knowledge to others.
