“There will come a time when a diseased condition will not be described as it is today by physicians and psychologists, but it will be spoke of in musical terms, as one would speak of a piano that was out of tune.” – Rudolf Steiner
“Sound and vibration can have a profound effect on the individual’s mental, physical and emotional well-being. The use of music and sound as a therapeutic tool is a simple, non-invasive process that can bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony and balance.
Everything in the Universe vibrates at its own individual frequency, including the human body and all of its complexities. If part of our body or mind is unwell, then the whole body responds and feels out of sync. Sound penetrates on a very deep level and helps us to tap into our own innate wisdom, allowing the body to heal itself.
An individual Sound Healing session can help people assimilate, recognise and release old habitual negative patterns that serve them no longer. Sound goes right to the heart of the matter allowing us to unwind and de-stress, leading us into a place of deep relaxation and peace.”

“As a musician, I am aware how deeply moving and emotional music can be to the mind, body and soul. My fascination with the voice and its power to heal and soothe the soul, led me to train and qualify as a Sound Healing Practitioner and workshop tutor for the College of Sound Healing. Alongside my busy vocal practise, I run Sound Meditations, Sound Baths and Sacred Sound Workshops.”
