Sarah Stephenson

From birth, music and sound has been an integral part of my life and guided me through my own healing journey.

I trained as a classical pianist at the Royal Northern College of Music, and later studied the voice, becoming a qualified Estill Master voice trainer. I have 25 years’ experience of working as a pianist and professional vocal coach,  and have worked on voice courses in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia and Africa.

My awareness of the profound effect of music and sound led me to train and qualify as a Sound Healing Practitioner with the voice in 2011 with the College of Sound Healing. I run sound meditations, sound healing workshops, soundbaths and one-to-one treatments in the East Sussex area.  I also run the Sound Healing practitioner course with the voice (CoSH) from the Elysian Centre. A new course is starting in June. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like any further information.

I believe music and sound are fundamental to us all. They are what connects us to each other, and to our beautiful planet. I am interested in how we can use sound to nurture, inform and transform our life’s journey.
