Yoga Mini Retreat with Joanna Allen

29th July | 6:30 pm 8:00 pm

These are mini retreats for mind and body. Each session will have a different theme and will work through a series of techniques from meditation, yoga asanas, pranayama breathing and self reflection, among other practices. 

Prepare to feel relaxed and use an inward focus to understand yourself and your needs better.

Take time for yourself and your wellbeing, as well as a safe space, I will give you tools to take into your life that you can revisit in difficult situations.

We all need a better balance in our life! Whether its a work/life balance or busyness vs relaxation. By not getting this balance right we can cause stress and underlying health issues.

This mini retreat will help to re-address the balance in your mind and body and help to relax you after a busy week. With a focus on inviting more self-care into your day by moving mindfully and connecting to your breath.

By using some yoga, breathing and meditation techniques on this mini retreat we can bring our stress levels down, tap into our true emotions and needs and allow some balance back into our lives.
