Yoga for Beginners with Julie Gurr

This is a relaxing, meditative class that will introduce the principles of yoga asana and pranayama. Learn how the breath, simple postures and gentle movement can help you release tensions in the body and calm the mind. We will be ending each session with a relaxing guided visualisation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Please bring a blanket to keep you warm during this final relaxation (mats are provided). Suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to go back to basics.

Cost: £10 or £50 for a 6 class pass
