Yin & Yang Yoga with Joanna Allen
2nd August | 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
This is a wind down yoga session starting with Yin yoga to go deep into stretches, holding poses for longer periods to massage the joints, organs and connective tissues in the body, resulting in a profound calming of the mind and nervous system. Followed by a slow Yang yoga flow to mindfully activate and stretch the muscles before relaxing back into a meditative Savasana to take you back into a deep relaxed state. This is perfect for beginners and anyone who needs to de-stress.
