Caelia is an experienced well-being coach & yoga teacher specialising in yoga therapy for stress & anxiety.
In these classes we will:
- explore ways to help ourselves, de-stress and regulate our nervous systems.
- offer opportunities for you to discover how to deeply relax and feel more positive overall.
- use a wide variety of holistic techniques such a yogic breathing, meditation, self massage, chair yoga and acupressure.
