Qi Gong with Bella Griffith

The Qi Gong work that I teach is based on the 5 Element Theory in Traditional Chinese Medical Philosophy. We will be working with the elements Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire along with their associated animal forms exploring in depth their relationships and qualities with one another and how they can influence the balance of health in our bodies. With gentle, simple movements that are synchronised with the breath the classes will tune into the 5 elements and natural cycles of the seasons encouraging health and flow through our beings as we transition from one season to the next. Anybody can practice Chi kung safely either sitting or standing. If breath, movement and intention are present then Chi can flow. Whether you are a beginner or somebody who has practised for years this class will encourage an hour of healing.
