Wellness Workshops with Sonja Colman and Caelia Butcher

Join Sonja of Rye Nutritional Health & Caelia of Cinque Yoga & Meditation for this Wellness Workshop helping you navigate stress and manage your emotional, mental and physical health.
Demystify the complex world of nutritional health and discover how to apply nutrition concepts to your own diet, with small changes, in order to support both your physical and mental-wellbeing.
The understanding of how our mental health impacts our physical health is growing. Learn practical self care exercises to manage stress and improve your wellbeing such as effective breathing techniques that can also calm our sympathetic nervous system, supporting anxiety and stress reactions which can in turn affect our dietary choices.
For example, nasal breathing is directly linked to enhanced cognitive health, improved physical performance, greater immune health as well as better quality sleep, all of which can impact our hunger hormones and change the way we eat.
Along with some gentle yoga and meditation to release tension from our bodies, by the end of the course you’ll have developed a toolkit of daily practices as well as the knowledge and skills of self-care to help you meet and manage your health.
Classes will include a healthy snack too!
