Exploration of the breath is key, and whilst strength and length are wonderful benefits, the aim is to connect mind and body.

Yoga has been a journey of self observation and self discovery for the last 14 years. I dedicate so much time to yoga because the more I do the better I feel and the more I learn, the more I realise there is to learn. I enjoy creative sequences whilst working on a particular pose or theme, taking time to find precise alignment.
