“I enjoy every day that I work with acupuncture and feel glad to be able to help people with this ancient but now widely recognised system of healing.”
After having acupuncture herself over 20 years ago Helen Armer (Li.Ac. BSc (Hons) Ac. MBAcC) found that not only did it help her with the problem that she went along for but that her overall health, both mentally and physically improved greatly – Helen had more energy and felt better in herself.
From this, Helen decided that she wanted to learn more about acupuncture and the body’s own natural energy which is within us all. This can at times become ‘unbalanced’, caused by factors such as illness, disease, stress and external elements of climate, heat, cold and damp.
Helen went on to study Acupuncture at the International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grinstead and has never looked back. Helen enjoys every day that she works with acupuncture and feels glad to be able to help people with this ancient but now widely recognised system of healing.
Helen studied acupuncture at the International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grinstead, completing a four year degree in Chinese medicine, Chinese and Western pathology and Physiology.
