Pilates with Sarah Lush

I am level 4 qualified in exercise management of back care and a level 3 Pilates teacher within the fitness industry, thus when I teach I combine my Pilates training with my knowledge of back care. Often over time through bad habits, poor posture and lifestyle we can start to use the back incorrectly. Thus the lower back can quickly become tired and overworked which can in turn lead to lower back pain. With that in mind, attending a class with mixed abilities this can often lead to class participants’ needs being overlooked. Therefore I make it my priority to learn as much as I can about the class participants before they come to class, to ensure they receive the best possible programme that will suit their needs and ability. I will always aim to give every class participant an adapted variation of an exercise if I feel it will be more beneficial to their needs within the class programme.
